For a project this scale, I donβt believe any terrain/world builder, or general builders would be mainly interested in.
Theyβd have to go through:
Which to be quite frank with you, would be a bare minimum of 100,000 R$ base payout. This doesnβt combine hours being worked, the possibility of your group making them money, or even if you have enough funds for advertising to get the game out.
I personally believe that also this statement:
Is beyond what a builder here on a forums are interested in, better yet 5,000 R$ and 70% determined profits from a game that has 0 proof of concept.
You have a shot of hiring a builder who may be looking to expand there terrain/building skills - but ultimately wonβt be putting hours per day working on this project.
