Hey there! I am the Co-Owner of a small cafe called Selo. We are looking to create a development team for the cafe, training center, application center, etc. Currently we have one builder and one scripter.
We will start with the main cafe. Building would include the cafe itself. Modeling would include the cups, machines, cash registers, etc. Scripting would include admin, making the recipes function with the correct machinery and/or flavors, rank commands (Trainee - Give Command, Higher Ranks - Kick/Ban Commands, etc.), overhead ranks, and more.

Should definitely change the payment section of your post, it makes no sense to wait until you have a full team to tell them their payments, as you could either be wasting their time with some terrible payment.
Adding on to this, who knows how long it will be until you have a full development team, it could be months until you find the right people.
Make it more specific on which position is getting paid that, because some positions are more important than others. You could also just simply put “Payment will be discussed in discord”, something like that.
