Hiring Scripter for War Game: Puerto Rico

We are looking for a scripter that is able to make a detailed Capture the Hill system.

This includes:

A position in the game that teams can capture to gain points (4 Positions, ABCD)
A round system

A negotiable payment of anything around 1-3K R$. Only accepting payment through R$ (T-Shirt/Gamepass etc.)
