Good evening reader! I am InstanceChanged, an advanced scripter here on the Roblox game platform! I am currently starting up a new prison group, known as “Long Bay Prison”, which will provide an immersive prison roleplaying experience.
About the Job
I am looking for an experienced builder that can build with a realistic style. You will be tasked to build an entire prison, with cells, a lobby room, a cafeteria, and a few other rooms. I am looking for the build to be simple yet detailed (basically, don’t make it too detailed), as well as props to go with it.
You will also be my partner. You’re free to toss in your own ideas and help shape the game!
Requirements
Before applying for this position, you are to meet the following requirements, or you will not be considered:
Must be able to devote to this at least 1-2 hours a day (There may be exceptions, such as real life circumstances).
Must have good communication skills.
Must be experienced building. If you’re just starting out, this job is likely not for you.
Have your past works ready to be presented to me.
Must have Discord.
Nice to Have
Good planning skills. While I will be in charge of you, you are encouraged to pitch in your own ideas for the game.
Have a microphone. While it’s not required, it would be nice to have voice meetings regarding the game’s development.
Have knowledge of Blender.
Payment
Apologies if the payment doesn’t sound too high as I’m on a tight budget right now. Upon completion of the build, you will be paid 40$ USD via Paypal (Can increase if possible) & will be given 40% of all group profits (I will make sure to maximize the profits in an efficient way!) if you continue working for us.
Do you have a plan in which you believe would be the best way to possible release the prison roleplay if you ever get there?
There’s been a couple notable prison groups that’s all gone up, and all of them dropped like flies.

Prison Roleplay (recently)
I personally believe that the prison genre is the best way to go. I won’t bash you or your practices, but there’s two ways to break into this: If you have a mass budget for advertising (1M+), or simply minimizing for a community-small player base niche type.
I’ve worked with big developers especially in this genre, and I always urge them to leave because it simply is not worth there time. Prison Roleplay(s) for the time period today may not be at it’s best, but I believe in the coming months - they will replenish and be great once again.
Unless of course you’re talking about a whole Prison Life revamp - if so: that’s the best way to go. An uplifting way of bringing children together to rp minimally as prison guards or prisoners (free), with SWAT passes.

The gameplay I have in mind is going to be like Prison Life. With a prison schedule, activities, etc. I am not having any serious group rp aspects implemented, all teams (except for some which will be locked behind gamepasses) will be free to use, as like you said, I wish to bring children together and have them immserse themselves as their desired role
