[CLOSED] LonuxWolf | Advanced Graphics Artist | Realistic Landscape Renders

ABOUT ME

Hello there! I go by the name of Lonux, but most people know me by my Roblox username, LonuxWolf. I’m a self-taught render and GFX artist with 4 years of experience in rendering and 6 years in photo editing and design. I’ve been on the Roblox platform for roughly 8 years and I’m heavily invested into developing games on Roblox.

Most of my GFX has been done for the SCP genre and I’m very well known within the genre as I’ve worked for most if not all of the large SCPFs. I’m a pretty hard worker and I enjoy creating realistic GFX.

INFORMATION

To prevent confusion and me having to restart renders if you are thinking about hiring me please make sure that you have the details and models ready before you contact me. For realistic landscape renders I use my own greenery models.

Most of my work in this thread are outdated as I’ve been working on improving my skills doing random practice renders instead of doing paid commissions, I will be updating as I finish commissions. The grass tests are the most recent and reflect my current skill with landscape render creation.

Renders will be given after pay.

I do not do anime gfx and I do not draw

MY TOOLS

Throughout the 4 years that I’ve been making renders I’ve used the very popular rendering software: Cinema 4d. The version I use is R21 due to the new field update. This is the program I specialize in and is mainly the only program I use for rendering. I’m going to be investing into a world generation software soon to help improve the realism of my landscape renders but currently I do it in Cinema 4d. For post processing and editing I use Photoshop which I have 6 years of experience in.

Advanced Character Renders - (5k+) [Per]

This includes 3d clothing, clothing folds, and realistic textures. You will be given the raw render and edited render without a background. Default size: 1920x1080, larger resolution upon request.

Standard Thumbnail - (20k - 35k)

Price depends on the complexity of the thumbnail and the amount of characters in the scene. Intended for medium size games looking for a high quality thumbnail. Default size: 1920x1080, larger resolution upon request.

Realistic Landscapes Thumbnail - (50k+)

Snow, desert, forest, etc. Highest quality landscape assets, textures, and lighting to create the
most photo realistic landscape thumbnail. Price is higher because realistic landscapes usually take a lot longer and render time is also way higher. This is intended for larger groups and games. Default size: 2560 x 1440, larger resolution upon request.

Prices shown are just base prices and can be negotiated. Prices may also fluctuate depending on the amount of characters in a scene (Thumbnails) Anything higher than 2560 x 1440 will cause price to go up

I would buy if I wasnt already a GFX artist but good work

How do you do these landscapes?

Extremely high quality work with much more detail than found in most graphics. If you’ve got the budget for it and are looking for realistic and detailed art for your projects, I highly recommend hiring Lonux!

I use Cinema 4d to create landscapes.

@LonuxWolfis is a very good GFX’er, you should commission from Lonux if you have the budget.

Looks amazing! Wish I could do stuff like that. Hahaha. :stuck_out_tongue:

Looks great but what would I actually get out of buffing a photo so far over the actual product? If I’m right that SCP game got hammered so to me it seems vain, though I totally could see in game textures, baking, particles and such with the grass which would look great.

What scp game are you referring to?

Your work is very good, like the thumbnails for the SCP games Site 47, Area 113, Site Delta, 27v2, Area 55, in contrast to SCP 3008, 096 demo, scp demo, site 61, area 14 role-play.

But guess which has the higher ratings? The later (80%+, nice graphic’ed ones all below 80% rating). I haven’t the time to play all these interesting games so I speculate:
Is this the effect of higher expectations? Probably.
Do I, as a player already feel a clear association? Yes, and a bad one! Cafe games with 50% ratings sport excellent visuals, and my brain already associates it with negative game performance.

Perhaps I have selective attention, but to me it’s not without mentioning.

My experience with LonuxWolf wasn’t that great.

I can vouch that Lonux is a really talented graphics artist, but it is my belief that a developer is composed of more than just his talents and skills. A developer needs to keep his promises and follow a timetable that was decided.

A while ago, I’ve commissioned Lonux to create several game pass icons for me, all being renders of certain characters/models. At the end of the day they were not delivered on time and certain icons were missing (weren’t delivered), certain icons were not designed to specification (which was also how the payment was calculated) which caused me to delay the release of my game.

I suggest to work and improve on communications with progress & on-time delivery, make sure to get your expectations in line with the employer and always keep your promises.
