We are looking for a professional programmer to join our team as a programmer. We expect high quality builds that impress our game’s style at a high level. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.
Our game needs to be finished and tested within the first 3-5 months.
Payment
We are paying 10% of the game funds we earn and 75 Robux as our first payment on 6/21/2020 if possible Only R$. Our preferred payment method is [R$]. We will offer a contract for you to sign that will guarantee payment for the assets you’ve created.

Let me get this straight, you are paying 75 robux and 10 percent of the games profits to your programmer to code the WHOLE GAME (please correct me if I am wrong)? Also, it says “We are looking for a professional programmer to join our team as a programmer. We expect high quality builds that impress our game’s style at a high level.” Progammers don’t build if you didn’t understand that subject.

A programmer and a ui designer shouldn’t get the same amount, and is the programmer doing some builds too because this is for hiring a programmer unless you are hiring more and why only 10 percent of funds? You won’t find an actual scripter for 10 percent of game funds and 75 robux, reevaluate your percentages and payment for your devs.
If I were you I would just give the programmer like 60 percent , the builder 20-30, and you the rest. But if you are a programmer why can’t you do it yourself?
You’re asking for such an high level requirement but your payment reaches no where near that. You expect someone to put in 3-5 Months of constant work for such a low income? I recommend upping your price, Nobody shouldn’t be working for that low at all, experienced or not.
I am too confused would the programmer be building too when you have 2 3d modelers? And it seems you are only the founder not the lead developer if you cant code the game yourself which is a lack of effort on your end.
I can script the game yourself unlike you here being rude so If your going to be continue to be rude then leave the dev forum and ignore it. And plus I am hiring a another programmer because I don’t have the time to script the guns.
Sorry, I know it sounded rude I was just a little confused. What is rude is how little you are trying to pay your programmer but there is more to the game you can script than just guns. Increase the percentage the programmer gets or you wont find one, unless you aren’t actually a programmer think about it, would you want 10 percent for coding a whole game? If it is just the guns I get it but you said the WHOLE game and they need to build too.
