ABOUT
Hey, I am OfficiallySpxro and I am the chairman/owner of a Cafe style group, Blox-Land Coffee. The group currently sits at 1600 members (rounded).
I am currently looking for an experienced/decent builder who can help out with building a Cafe project (Some of which is already started but can be improved upon) and also building the rest of the island and interior.
I am working alone at the moment and I think hiring others may help with the quality of the game and also open new doors to possibilities I may have never thought of or may not be able to model very nicely or effectively.
THE JOB
I am looking for someone who can build fitting the sort of theme I have going so far for my project. (I will post a photo below.) However, I am willing to change some stuff if need be.
The map isn’t overly huge and the cafe is a decent size to fit a good amount people in. The map is just an island that will possibly contain an area to eat outside and a merchandise store. However, I also would like to have room to expand the island if I ever thought of an idea of what to add or thought of planning an extension to the main building itself.
PAYMENT
The payment can be discussed and negotiated if anybody wishes to help out.
I can not pay via paypal etc. It would need to be via robux. Of course as I said before, we can negotiate the amount.

We have been open a while however we have gone through a hard stage of inactivity unfortunately so our robux is limited. I do not have a specific price, but I would prefer a lower end price that is affordable. We currently have 1.6K robux in our group funds and I have 400 on my account. So I guess anywhere in that range if at all possible.
I would be helping out with the project so that takes off some of the workload that there would be if you was to do if you was alone.
