Hi there! Sunside Studios is looking for experienced developers who can help us make a new game called Showdown! We want the game to make the front pages within a few months! The game is different from other FPS games because of the classes, more then just two or three teams, and the futuristic style.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a professional developers and Project Directors to join our team. We expect high quality development that adhere to our game’s style. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.
We expect you to work every day and log it with me when your done working every day. The game is called Showdown and it is an FPS. It will be round-based with teams of 5 battling each other. There will be a few maps. you chose a class before each round and unlock new classes as you win more rounds and level up. We also want to add a few class game passes.
We need these tasks completed:
-7 Maps need to be built
-A lobby needs to be built
-A system that teleports players from the lobby to a map in a randomized order
-A system that lets players pick their class before they start
-Working guns and armor and outfits that go with each class
-A game logo
-A game thumbnail
PAYMENT
You will be payed small amounts throughout the project. When it it done, you will be payed part of the profit we make. Both payments are according to how much work you do. The small payments will probably be 50-100 robux. The larger payments (Part of the profit once we make robux after the game launch) will probably be 500-1,000. And there will be multiple payments, so in all, there is a good amount of robux on the table if the game gets popular.

This seems very unspecific. How can you expect people to want to work for you without having a detailed description of the payment involved, or the specifics regarding what tasks they must complete?
Sorry, I don’t post much on Devforum, I’ll try to make a list of the specific task they must complete under About The Job. For payment, I think that giving small amounts and then the profit is good, but I will add some numbers with that.
Some clarification would definitely help boost your numbers. Quality of interested members usually directly correlates to the amount of money you are willing to offer them. A ‘little’ to someone can imply just an 100 robux payment (less than $1 USD in real life), or it can mean something much larger. Additionally, many people are likely wondering: what is your role in development, and how much of the profit are you taking for yourself?
Since you’re looking for only 1 scripter this project will be a big undertaking for that person and by the payment given it will be hard to find someone willing to do it properly.

I did read the rest of the comment. The way he structured it implied that he was gonna take the same chunk as the developers do. He never said if he was going to develop anything. His name isn’t in the ‘team list’, as he goes onto to reiterate
Implies that pay wise, he’s getting the same as devs, but isn’t gonna do any of the work
I see where your coming from now, so what your saying is that why should he/she get the same much as devs when he is not doing any work themselves, correct?
Sorry, I forgot to put myself. I am the Executive Project Director. I am managing the whole project. EpicMango990, the studio’s owner, is also directing this project.
Personally as a modeller 100 robux for guns is a low amount if you are looking for futuristic styled guns then the minimum would be 500 robux otherwise It’s just underpaying
