Hiya, I am Naim! I am a 17-year-old builder and I specialize in architecture, interior design, and asset creation. I have been building on the Roblox platform since early 2018. I am currently offering my services as a builder. I have previously worked on titles such as Teacana.

About This Project: Project Miami was a project which was made specifically for Teacana. The construction of this project took 1 year and 3 months.

Project Vegas
About This Project: Project Vegas was a project which was made specifically for a group known as Cherry. The duration of this project lasted 4 months.

Project Honolulu
About This Project: Project Honolulu was a project which was made as a showcase. After much thought, I decided to put it up in the market. It took 3 months to make this project. This was my first attempt on creating a small aesthetic homestore.

Project Roatan
About This Project: Project Roatan is a special project. This project personally impacted my life throughout the time I went to Roatan, Honduras in 2018. The project offers the perfect vibe for a cafe. It took about 2 months to make this project.

Project Amapala
About This Project: Project Amapala is also a special project. I went to Amapala, Honduras in 2018 and checked out its modernistic and former type of design. The project is also a modernized place which can fit the setting of a cafe. The duration of this project was about 6 months.

Availability
Since the beginning of 2021, my schedule has completely changed as I am slowly working part-time. I am available for 2 to 4 hours of work on the weekdays evening. In the weekends, my days are usually unplanned and I am usually not available due to unprecedented last minute planning. You can contact me any time, but I am unable to work during the week due to taking an early-graduate courses and school.
Payment
My price ranges are through 6k to 12k. My preferred payment method is USD or Group Funded Robux. USD payment talks are kept in Private Direct Messaging.
