[CLOSED] need long term animator for a Super Smash Bros. esq game

We’re a small group of devs working on game with essentially the gameplay of Super Smash Bros called “Monday Night Throwdown”. We have big chunk of the work done so far, such as all the stages being made, all the characters modeled, the combat system nearly perfected and more! We definitely don’t plan on quitting until we see this game through. The main roadblock of the game right now is not having an animator. once someone takes up the spot we should be able to push through the rest of the characters quite easily.

The Job
I need an animator who preferably uses blender to animate R15. They will have to animate combat move sets for about 8 characters. these move sets will have approximately 20 animations (however this number can easily change if the character has a special gimmick or multiple animations for 1 move or something).
There was also 1 animation we needed for an existing character, which was a flying kick. This will be your first job. The animation needs to have a “charging” animation and then the actual attack itself. This still counts as 1 animation since there’s pretty much no change that needs to be made for the charge besides not having the rest of the animation play.
NOTE: we already have 1 character already done, so that leaves 7 in total, but we we were planning to release a beta test when we complete 4 characters, so that lowers down the character you need to do to 3. If the game succeeds, only then should you go to the other 4 characters.

I expect you to do 1 animation a day. If you have to skip that day due to personal issues or school, just tell us! we’d understand and give you more time. However, we don’t want you to keep postponing an animation over the course of days or weeks. We’ll most likely start to push you at that point to get the work done, but hopefully it won’t have to come to that. One last thing, give the team updates on all your work and be transparent, such as share the gif of the animation you did that day! don’t be afraid to talk to us, we’re chill.

THIS IS A LONG TERM JOB, meaning that we would highly prefer it if you would see to the end of the game, and maybe even past that. if the game does well, more characters will most likely be added and when we need the animations for those characters, we’ll give you a call!

The Pay
For starters I’ll give about 15% plus 40 USD AFTER THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE for 1 fully animated character moveset. This price can change with further discussion. I don’t really offer to pay in robux, since i most likely won’t have enough to match 40 USD in robux for each character, so keep that in mind.
