You need be at last 13 years.
You need to have at last 1 year experience with Building.
You need to show your portfolio and some things what you ever builded.
You need to update the game ‘for life’. (Most updates are new jobs or new houses)

Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another. If you quit, we DON’T pay you for what you already have.
The map needs to be ready at the end of this summer.
I can’t show a proof. I will pay you after the game is publiced.
I am now looking for a investor. I only need to wait for a reply. I think the investor want to give me around a 100K Robux.
It is clear to see there is no proof of funds here. You are relying on an investor, whom you have not secured, to give up enough money to pay whoever you commission. The most honest thing to do is to pay whatever you can, even if it’s only a % payment. I must also add that special ranks, and admin commandsare NOT valid forms of payment!
Not to forget that investments is a violation against Rule 17.1 of the DevForum global rules, so you are also potentially impacting your chances of receiving the Regular rank if you try to hire one here. I would advise you revise your post, and not hire someone on the consensus that they will be paid once the game launches as there is no way to guarantee this will happen, or that you will generate enough funds from release to pay this amount.
Either show that you do have proof of funds, or if you don’t, revise your payment and don’t blatantly lie on your recruitment posts.

I know that I can’t ask for investors or anthng. But I didn’t know that I cant use a investor. I dont knwo why I cant use it. But ok.
I am NOT a scammer! I changed my prices! It is just, I am “now” poor and I cant buy a builder. And I really want a builder for my game. So I changed the price to a %.
You’re free to find investors on your own accord, but just not the DevForums. Some other various Discord servers don’t allow them either. Make sure you educate yourselves about the risks of trying to find an investment, and make sure you can ultimately fulfil the investor’s payment. I’ve had friends who have been in huge debt to investors in the past, so I would definitely advise against it. Your chances of getting scammed are very high, so just keep to your own personal funding.
