What time commitment is required?

Might want to give your team some breathing room there. I’m sure that not every member joining your project has every day to commit, since a lot of people here do have their own projects to attend to. That being said, if it’s just a check in and you’re not expecting constant work, that’d probably be fine.
If I personally did sign up for this, for example, I already have academic and personal obligations. I could just not sign up, but that’s my own choice.
Per developer or is this the pay you’re setting aside for the whole team? Setting aside large advertisement money to achieve a market is fine, but remember to keep your developers’ dues in mind. 15% is not a pleasing number to stick with.

It is going to be 15% per developer (Unless the developer literally does not do anything) Also, the more you do, the more it may increase. My final plan is to give Devs around 80% but keep 20% for ADs. Also during the development the best devs will be awarded.
Not much, just enough to keep the progress going, since we do not really have a deadline, well we do, but its just summer 2019 so…
