Hi there! I’m FPSVision, a quite new DevForum Member I may not be that creative but I myself think that I’m eligible to be a developer. I mainly do Scripting and UI Designing most of the time, usually when it comes to the time than that’s when I do building.

About The Job
I myself are looking for a couple of developers from the intermediate to advanced levels. The game consist of a city like jailbreak but a little more realistic, most of the work will be done by me I mainly need assistants that are very skillful and can assist me so that the game can be nice and perfect.
Payment
I am willing to pay around 2.5k robux even negotiable if you want to go higher from what I’m seeing the things I need done aren’t that advanced, the payment is quite low because this is a part time job mainly being a assistant developer. We pay based on the quality of the content and how much time you spent on it.
I know that payment isn’t very high but I myself don’t have much else to offer everything is negotiable I’m able to pay more but this is the offer for now as im a new developer and only earning about 350-750R$/week. Also we can do a group warning percentage as a payment. At the moment I’m willing to do 20% of our earnings which is little but it will increase as time goes on. So basically everything is negotiable, 5-20% of our earnings by the end of a month. 20% May be our maximum so far but we can negotiate.

What do you mean by game percentage, the price can be negotiable if you mean by like giving people credit for making the game than yes definitely. I can also offer a higher role in the game apart from being a developer. Honestly once I fit in the development stuff I’m able to pay more than 2.5k
I was thinking about it, but setting the game into the group stops me from getting visits on my profile page, but if people want this as a payment i will surely do it.
Don’t get greedy with that. Visits won’t boost your profiles popularity but a good/enjoyable game will. You will get more noticed if you design the game correctly and also possibly making your games page look more professional.
Before making your own game, why don’t you attempt to join a team and gain some experience and make a bit of money before going ahead and making your own.
For example in real life, you get a regular job as a chef instead of opening up your restaurant with zero funds and experience in the business.
I know this is why I’m restarting this form and gonna get enough funds and stuff, create a team and make a simple game than advance until I have enough robux to hire developers.
