About Us

Hey there developer! We are a new, smaller development studio that has just launched! We plan to begin work on our first game soon, so we are recruiting developers to help us create it. After our first game is done, we plan to continue work on our entire studio (including more games) with the same team.

Payment

We are paying our developers robux only if game makes profit.

  • Builder/Modeler - 25% Game Revenue
  • Builder/Modeler - 25% Game Revenue
  • Scripter/UI - 25% Game Revenue
  • Scripter/UI - 25% Game Revenue

Payments are per month! If our game doesn’t make anything, no one makes anything. This means that unless our game makes robux, you won’t be payed. Again, there is no starting salary, you make percents of the game revenue only if the game makes money!

You mention you’re only paying if the game makes any profit at all, which in my eyes seems like there’s no guarantee of payment for any of the Developers who decide to work with you, could you possibly add a compensation fund for the Developers incase the game fails?

Hi I’m a good builder on roblox if you need my help message me here or on roblox!!

I do really want to be able to offer something to developers no matter what, but at the moment my funds are short, so I am working on getting enough robux to be able to pay something to developers. At the moment, I don’t have enough to offer robux to developers, but I am doing some commissions. If they work out as planned, I will be able to give my developers funds. If you could, keep checking. I will update the post if I end up being able to pay no matter what. Since I am trying to get robux to pay developers, could you possibly give me an estimate, or an amount of robux you think developers should get if the game fails? Thanks.

Majority of the time the compensation on Developers is based off of the amount of time, detail, pleasure building, based off of that you will come up with a total which would be around half or more / less than the original payment. But if you’re paying commission from game revenue, like percentages then the estimate is pretty rough and you make a based total off detail, time, and again pleasure of the building.

Also if you don’t have any funds to invest into your project how will this game make any revenue? How are you going to advertise? And how will you get players.

I used building as an example here, but it goes for scripters, UI Designers etc.

As I said, I am finishing up a few commissions right now, so I was planning to use that robux to help the game succeed. Until now, the robux made from commissions was going to promoting the game when done. I will think about it some more and ask some people if they would rather the funds I get from commissions go towards promoting the game or compensation on developers.
