[CLOSED] SCPF || Hiring Full-time Development Staff [2500$]

Hello, Developers!

I am Administrat0r_J, Development Team Leader and the Administrator’s Assistant for @DarkEssentials SCP Foundation (which currently is the third biggest serious Foundation in the SCP genre on ROBLOX).

I represent DarkEssentials’ SCP Foundation, which is, as I stated above, third biggest serious faction in ROBLOX SCP genre. With more than 89700 members we are having all chances to become an outstanding group, which values player experience unlike other factions within the modern SCP genre.

Further up, the following terminology will be taking place:

Our Foundation is in need of experienced (and, of course, competent) full-time Builders, Programmers, UI Designers, 3D Modelers (requires Blender experience) and Animators, willing to serve actively.

Developmental Spoilers

The project itself is quite large and is requiring a lot to be done, each task is different, though, there are some of the to-do-list tasks:

  • Programmers + Modelers | Gun System;
  • Programmers | General Facility Systems;
  • Builders + Modelers | Facility Construction;
  • Modelers + Animators + Programmers | Playable anomalies;
  • Modelers | Armors;
    … and so on.

Payment varies per asset (it’s complexity and quality) and the request from the employee, negotiable, decided before the employee begins to work on it. Finances are distributed once the asset has been sent to the employer and the employer is planning to use the said asset. Employee will be paid if the employer has confirmed asset’s quality and is planning to use it (incase the employer is not considering asset’s quality appropriate, employee will not be paid and will remain full rights for the unused asset they made). Once the funds have been distributed to the Employee, all rights for it go to the Employer.

We are able to pay in Robux and/or USD, though, preferred payment currency will be USD.

Developmental Budget: 2500$.
Building Budget: 900$.
Programming Budget: 700$.
Modeling Budget: 250$.
UI Designing Budget: 250$.
Animator Budget: 250$.

Remaining funds are considered to be a “reserve”. Numbers above are defining how much we can pay developers, not how much we will pay. Each developer will be paid accordingly to the amount of work they have done. Please do not consider this as an “easy money” offer. Yes, we can pay much, but we need much done as well.


Expectations:

  • Employee must be 14 years or older in order to apply.
  • Employee must have a working microphone. Our Manufacturing Team might require the Employee to join Voice Communication sessions, which are a part of project coordination program.
  • Employee must possess a clean developmental record. No scamming history, we will not consider anyone with a shady record.
  • It is preferred for an Employee to possess knowledge of the SCP Genre and overall how it functions. While our developers must be experienced, they must also know what they are working on.
  • Employee must not be blacklisted from our faction.
  • Employee must not have a previous or current DST (Domestic Threat) status.
  • Employee must not use any free models. Doing so will result an immediate removal from the Development Staff.
  • Specialization-specific requirements:
    • Builders:
      • Employee must be having 2 or more years of experience within their respective development field.
      • Employee must be able to create high-quality assets in the style of the game (industrial-realistic).
    • Programmers:
      • Employee must be having 2 or more years of experience within their respective development field.
      • It is preferred for an Employee to have experience of work with external APIs, advanced studio services, datastores and so on.
    • Modelers:
      • Employee must be having 1,5 or more years of experience within their respective development field.
      • Employee must be capable of creating high-quality meshes. Must be capable of creating guns, characters, advanced assets.
    • UI Designers:
      • Employee must be having 1,5 or more years of experience within their respective development field.
      • Employee must be creative and original. We want our game to be unique, and the user interface plays a huge role in this.
    • Animators:
      • Employee must be having 1 or more year(s) of experience within their respective development field.
      • Employee must be able to create advanced animations.

Employer will be able to provide developers necessary assets to work with. Time to complete each assignment is different and is negotiated before the Employee begins to work.

Each candidate is going through an interview before an employment occurs. We might require the Employee to sign a legally bound contract with us (if the employee is younger than 18 years old, employee’s legal guardian would be required to sign it themselves). Should a candidate be accepted, they will be placed on probation, automatically receiving a Junior Developer position in the Manufacturing Department.
