THIS POST GOT REMADE WITH MORE INFORMATION
I wish you all the best on hiring a builder for your two projects.
Let me put in my garble in. I’ve been in the roleplay genre for quite a while and to understand one thing is that: Do Not Enter the SCP roleplay genre. These games are dominated by big-time developers who have millions of Robux sitting around doing nothing. If they get a whiff of you trying to assert your dominance, they will easily eat you up like a fly. SCP games are cash in, cash out (robux in, robux out) and are usually hi-tech, and big budget. I don’t want to crush your dreams, but breaking into this genre will be a hard task to do so. If you have a minimum budget of 1 million robux, then you’re able to get up and stand up for yourself. All in all, SCP will also be generally difficult to understand, if importantly you haven’t played for weeks, months, or even years on end.
For your simulator, this is exactly the same instance: but not as simple. Simulator developers don’t care if you are opening a simulator or not because they know what there players want. They have enormous amounts of players and know how they play, what they buy, and how they use it. Simulators aren’t very hard to break into if you have a solid-concrete idea. If you have a small budget, and put out ads here and there: they’re bound to give you players, not as much as you want: but it’s a start.
If you ever feel the need to learn more about marketing your game (for whichever you feel is best for you, and your team): feel free to reach out to me. I’m always opened for questions, and concerns.
Thank you if you made it this far,
Ava

The SCP-RP is a closed project for me and two friends anyways, so no one can join it.
