Hello, I am Suqar. I am offering my services on this portfolio as a modeler and a builder. I am a late teen 3D artist. I have been building on Roblox since 2013, which is about 8 years. My work is really important to me; it is one of the only ways in which I am able to express myself, as I always give whatever I create my all. I have stopped building coms for about 6 months now and I have decided to open them again.

Availability
Summer Hours: June 11th-September 1st: 11:00am-11:00pm EST everday.
In person School Hours: 3:00pm EST to 10:00pm EST on weekdays, 11:00am-11:00pm EST on weekends
Online School Hours: 10:00am EST to 10:00pm EST on weekdays, 11:00am-11:00pm EST on weekends.
(I still have yet to see if my district is doing online or in-person school next year, my hours are subject to change.)
Payment
(Please note, that I do not accept percentage payments unless it comes in a package deal with a fair amount of Robux)
Payment is only through ROBUX, t-shirt plus tax, or PAYPAL, 25%-50% down payment before each commission.
Builds/Map Bundles:
Game Builds (full simulator maps, full city builds, full large-very large Homestore, full maps for games, etc) - 10K-150K+ Robux, t-shirt plus tax or 175$-600$+ PayPal or 12-17$+ per hour.
Assets - 300 Robux-6K Robux (t-shirt plus tax) or 3$-30$ Paypal. (This depends on the size, complexity, and the hours it would take me to complete)

Refunds will NOT be given unless I haven’t delivered your order by a reasonable deadline (1 week+) for builds or 3-5 days for assets or I am ineligible to create your order anymore.
