Hello there, we are ASP Development, a branch of the community “All Smiles Productions”. ASP is a community where you can, well socialize. You can talk with the other 200+ members, of course we are still growing. This position is more than developing, we have a community which you can interact with too! Anyway background told, We’re looking for builders who are willing to join our team, work hard and stick through our journey in, “Manhattan, New York”!

About The Job
We are looking for professional builders to join our team as our main content creators of infrastructure. We expect high quality builds that match our game’s style and blend in well with other buildings. Good communication skills are appreciated and team work is vital for us; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another, working as a team rather than boss and worker. Being a developer in ASP means you develop not for the payment but for enjoyment and seeing a game succeed, we do not need developers who only work for payment and focus on it as the main aspect; this is due to the game being a long term project and such mindset can ruin the game after a while.
The buildings can be low parts and are simply filler buildings mostly. Some like a police station will require better attention to detail. The build style is realistic 2020-2021 NYC with preferably a mix of detail and part consumption. Our game needs a complete south section of a city for launch. More information given per request.
Payment
Our budget currently has a max cap off around 7 in total. Our preferred payment method is robux. We may receive more funding as the time goes by, if of course you do work and deserve it - you will receive more than just 3.5k. You will be paid at the end when game launches, this is a long term project and you need to be able to work with us. The rest of the development team including Management is being paid at the end and is currently working for free.
