Role Overview
As Lead Engineer you will be a major influence in reaching ambitious team goals. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the programmers by following up and reviewing work, plan and execute major gameplay features and necessary infrastructure, plan sprints together with the team, and contribute to establishing workflows and efficient production pipelines for the game.
You never work alone, but you are expected to be self-driven and disciplined. You are expected to attend weekly syncs and other relevant meetings, but otherwise you work the hours that best suit you.
You will also act as a mentor for future hires or be involved in the interviewing process as the discipline lead. You act as the technical advisor for the project and will have great influence on the development.

- Strong understanding of utilizing and applying Roblox API
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Self-driven and able to manage your own time well, and follow up other team members to ensure deadlines are met.

- Experience with GitHub and documentation
- Can make yourself easily understood
- Experience from lead and/or senior roles
- Experience from working in teams of 5+
- Experienced with using Rojo and other relevant development tools
