About VIDAR Studios
We, at VIDAR Studios, strive to develop games. For all Ages and Audiences to Enjoy. Focusing more on Gameplay and Quality than anything else. We’re here to give an experience, for everyone to remember. Our games, leave no-detail unincorporated, unlike other studios - each of our games is unique to their Gameplay and Experience.
Currently, we mainly have one active-game in-development. However, we have another game, that has been delayed, and making minor progress. VIDAR Studios is extremely new and has-had no current releases. Other development studios, stagnate in-a stalemate within Communication and Business. VIDAR sets to right this, giving Clear-Cut announcements, professional Business practices, and Eloquent Communication.

Producers at VIDAR Studios ensure that all developers; are working together and in-sync, to deliver the best results. Concurring to the most manageable timeframe. As a producer, you’re a crucial part of the team, overviewing projects efficiently and productively, whilst looking for any opportunities to improve or evolve our production and management techniques.
What You Will Do
Your tasks and responsibilities as a Senior Producer are:
- Overviewing that all projects run as efficiently and smoothly as possible, leading a project from concept to full completion. Working with very limited supervision, and given much-of independent judgement - used when necessary, outside of existing procedures.
- Managing different teams/groups, and dependencies within projects (working with different dynamics, per team/group).
- Professionally maintaining project schedules, statuses and reports (reporting to leads), dealing with inevitable changes/alterations and risks. Before impact to original planning times, shipment, and schedule.
- Identify crucial developmental pipelines to provide researched improvement ideas to leads.
- Contributing to development management and project ideas, for VIDAR Studios Practices.
- Efficiently scheduling as well as holding meetings, researching any prior requirements for improving development, and ensuring goals are clear; then followed-up on.
What You’ve Done
VIDAR Studios, would love to hear from you if:
- Have 1-2 years as a producer, previous work with complex and diverse teams.
- Correctly interpret and clarify crucial part of development progress (and discussions).
- Has experienced as well as lead games from concept - release.
- Admireable work effort, scheduling and ethic.
- Taking multple concepts and variable; developing them into an eloquent, driven message.
