Example of our game's build style
Our game needs at least 30 new assets completed by the end 2019. We expect each asset will take between 1-2 hours.
Payment
We are paying 10% R$ of what the game makes. Our preferred payment method is unknown. We will offer a contract for you to sign that will guarantee payment for the assets you’ve created.

well, I don’t know of a way to pay people, I have no builders club and no club so no way to pay, that’s why I asked if someone could lend me a group to be able to pay.
@Tyfor_Dev means that you should be able to pay someone by buying a shirt created by the developers you hired to pay for their required payment amount.
Let me get this right…you expect the developer to spend 2 hours every day in December making assets?
Also, if the payment is 10% robux per asset and you expect 30 assets wouldn’t the dev be making 300% of the game’s profits?
I advise you reconsider how you are paying, what you are paying, and the due date for the assets. As is, I dont think that you will be able to hire a talented developer with this offer.
Not 100% sure but I think he means 10% robux made from the game in a given timeframe. Example: 10% of game profits in one day per asset . He still needs to rethink his payments though.
