About The Job
We are looking for a builder to join our team as our lead content artist. We expect good quality builds that adhere to our game’s style. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another. This is my first time hiring people to work in my game so I decided to start slowly.
Our game needs at least 15 jobs assigned by me completed by the first quarter of school, when report cards come out. We expect each job will take between 1-3 hours. We will be working on the game, City 144 Research Corp. Payment
We are paying 1k(Guaranteed) or more for making the game depending on how well you do. Our preferred payment method is Robux through a group. If the game earns a lot of robux, you will earn an additional 5k Robux. You will also get a 20% monthly revenue.(Guaranteed) You will also get Level 1 Admin Commands. The amounts of robux are not the maximum amount of robux you can earn… There is a way to earn more than 5k robux… The admin commands are just an add-on for building/scripting. The monthly revenue will be 20% or higher. If the game gets at least 100 people playing it at a time, you will get 50% revenue. You can also get 50% revenue if you do a very good job.

We have no age requirement, but you need to make a game with some of your creations before I give you access to the game… If you want to get hired, you are required to join the group, mostly because I can only give access to you if you are in the group. I suggest that you also put the request in the forum comments too… I will choose 1 builder and 1 scripter.
The payment is not good. First of all 1k for programming all of the game or building a whole game is not good, even if that is just the starting price.
If the game does bad, it is not the builder’s or scripter’s fault. The builder or scripter has done their job and for their job they need a payment, if the game does good or not is irrelevant. Giving admin command or in-game currency as a payment is not a good idea too. I am pretty sure no one would like getting payed in in-game currency in the game they worked on.
I decided to lower payments and am lowering the requirements to be a lot easier because I am just starting and am new with the hiring thing. I will post this again later when I get more robux and I can pay a lot more robux. For now, I just need one builder and one scripter, First Come First Serve!! I will also give revenue, because someone said that people like revenue.
