Truthfully, no developer wants to be micromanaged every 20-30 minutes. You need to be patient and let your team member work. I only say that because you will probably not get anyone interested with that in the post.

Does it be to be very big . And will the builder he just remaking it ? Or what

It needs to be very big actually, like 6500x6500-7000x7000
Also you must be able to know how to build/model and do terrain.
