Closing Studio results in "RobloxStudio has stopped working" notification

After closing Studio, a few seconds later I recieve a “RobloxStudio has stopped working” notification, this is 100% consistent for me no matter what state Studio is in when I close it:

System Info:
CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Memory: 16GB

I have all available beta features enabled.

As this issue is probably not occurring for everyone, I have attached a log file for staff to analyse in-case it is a conflict with a particular program. This can be found in the PM attached to this bug-report.

I believe this has something to do with the new loading gui for studio, I’ve expirienced massive spikes in cpu usage when opening and closing a roblox studio place since the update.

same issue here except its not 100%, I also am having auto fill bugs like it wont pop up at all, sometimes I cant use my scroll wheel to zoom out, and studio simply wont close

This isn’t a pop up by Roblox. It’s a pop up by Microsoft. I’d recommend putting this on Microsoft’s support site. I don’t have the link but you could google it.

Thats not the point. The point is that SOMETHING in Studio is making it freeze when you close it.

Hello - this is caused by a known crash in Studio when things are shutting down. We’re working to resolve it, as far as we know right now its not tied to any particular beta feature - we’re also not sure why it happens more frequently on some machines. Will update when we have a resolution pending. This shouldn’t affect any saved data.
