Clothing assets appear blurry/pixelated until player gets super close to them

Hey everyone!

A recent issue has striked in a project that I’m working on, in which the main objective for the players is to dress up using items that get spawned in. As of recently, I’ve noticed a new problem that I haven’t seen before/hasn’t occurred before.

The problem:
Clothing appears pixelated until the player walks up close to it.

A similar issue happened with my friend but with decals, and we’re not quite sure what could be causing it. The issue still occurs even if the player loads in fully.

If anybody has any insight as to what the cause of this could be, or knows anyway to fix/prevent this from happening, please leave a comment!

It could have something to do with RenderFidelity on the mesh parts or LevelOfDetail on the models. Otherwise, it could be a new engine bug.
