Clothing Is Not Working please help

Hey I’m NRS and I’ve recently started my own clothing company and everything was going smoothly I had commissioned a designer to make me a couple outfits and the first worked fine but then the next 3 shirts didn’t seem to work and kept giving me the error message ‘Upload Failed please use template’

Here’s a screenshot of the shirt template and the error message I keep getting

If anyone can help me that would be really useful, we already attempted changing the background and trying a different template

If the first image is your original image that’s the issue.

  1. The template is PNG.
  2. The image was scaled past it’s original boundaries (making it unreadable). 585x559 is the readable size.
