Hello!
I have seen this issue with others before, but none of the posts were able to solve it.
I currently have 11 clothing items that are on sale, but will not appear at all on the group tab
фтny clothing with the red mark is on sale but will not appear. I have asked friends, they cannot see them either. These clothings were all accepted and can be purchased - i have a set up in my game to purchase them (which is why the few purchases)
only twelve out of 23 clothing items has appeared!
I have tried putting off and on sale, re-configure, but nothing is working!
Now my thought is that maybe because many of the new items were uploaded on the same day, they think it is a scam?
This was only done because this is when we were able to pay the comissions artist
Please send your advice!
I’m pretty sure this post is in the wrong category, it should’ve been in #bug-reports-website-bugs. Other then that this is something on Roblox’s end and as @ssxvpt said you can contact Roblox Support. Also if you move the category to #bug-reports-website-bugs a staff can see it and they may look into it.
Hi, I’ve been having this exact issue.
For awhile I thought this was a shadow ban but after testing around with it I’ve found the best thing to do when this accurse is to stay on the page for about 5 minutes or so until your content has been approved and then put it on sale, don’t change tabs or click off the page, just wait.
Its annoying I know but its the only way I’ve been able to have my content appear on my store.
