Cloud Places not opening?

When attempting to access any of the places I have saved as a TeamCreate place, I’m prompted with a repeated “There was a problem opening your place. Please try again.” error. Even when trying to edit any of my other cloud games, I’m met with the same error until I just get a “Oh no! We’re still unable to open this place. Please restart your application and try again. If you continue to encounter this error, please contact customer service.” error. Despite following those instructions and restarting, I’m still running into the same issue.I’m also unable to play any Roblox games for what I’m guessing is a similar reason. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling, the issue seems to persist.

Does anybody know of any fixes to this? I’m running macOS 10.12.1 on a 2016 TouchBar MacBook Pro, if it helps any.

I can confirm, I’ve experienced this issue as well. I took a look around the place to check for anything potentially corrupting stuff. I found a few values hidden in Lighting and deleted them. I also deleted all R15 models in the place and the problem was fixed. Not sure if these two things coincide yet.

I’m having this error too when connecting, with the following output:

I’ve reinstalled my studio, restarted my pc etc.
The problem resolved itself a few days ago but has come back now.

EDIT: After restarting studio a few times it seems to have cleared up.
EDIT 2: Its broken again!
