Coast Grill - Kitchen Leader Promotion Guide

Coast Grill - Kitchen Leader Promotion Guide

Introduction:

This guide will explain how to achieve the SA rank as a Kitchen Leader. Please note that this guide only offers some suggestions on what to do and not to do as a Kitchen Leader. If you have any further questions regarding this topic, please be sure to DM a Human Resource Director or above.

What’s expected from a KL:

As a Kitchen Leader, you should continue working behind the counters and helping out at the grill. The four main characteristics we look for is maturity, leadership, respect, and professionalism. One major part in your promotion to SA is your activity at the grill; this doesn’t mean that you have to be at the grill for 15 hours a day. As long as you are constantly active at the grill for a decent amount of time you will eventually get noticed and recommended for SA. Please note that spectating at the grill as a KL will not get you recommended. Staff Assistants are not chosen based on clothing, body type, or “cool” usernames; you are allowed to wear any clothing as long as it is appropriate. We choose SAs based on activity, leadership, maturity, professionalism and hard work. The management team will be constantly looking for the best Kitchen Leaders to recommend for SA.

What’s not expected from a KL:

One of the main things you should NOT do as a KL is seek for attention or hint for a promotion. Instead, you should work hard, be respectful, follow the community rules, and you will eventually be recommended for SA. Asking for a recommendation will reduce your chances of becoming a SA at Coast Grill. Acting as a MR, or “impersonating” a MR will decrease your chances of being recommended. (Example: using admin commands that you do not have access to, supervising at the grill when there are registers open) You should still continue to work behind the counters and help out other staff members.

Once you get recommended you will receive a SA application from a High rank.
