Community Guidelines

ToS and Law
You are required to follow the Roblox Terms of Use when in our facilities or things involving the Coast Bank name. You are also required to follow the Terms of Use for our communications server. We also ask that you comply with the local law of your area to avoid any conflict.

Community Relations
We ask that within our community you uphold the most respect for all users no matter their differences apart from you. Advertising or Self-Promotion will not be tolerated at any given moment. Drama will not be accepted and will be punished as soon as a report comes in. Continuing to engage in drama will result in multiple actions due to Community Relations infractions. Unproductive conversations, upon Corporate Approval, are simply not allowed.

Facility Relations
We ask that you’re avatar’s attire is as appropriate as possible. If our administration believes that your avatar is not appropriate for our facilities you will be asked to change one time. Arguing and disrespect are not tolerated within our facilities at any given moment. We ask that you keep the most respect for our employees and clients as well as avoid any major conflicts. Exploiting and spamming have a Zero Tolerance policy and will receive a blacklist upon the actions taking place.

Leaking
Leaking is strictly prohibited within the Coast Community, even if given permission. Leaking personal information (full name, address, pictures, etc). At any given time if anything of another user is leaked actions will take place to protect the user’s private life.

Bashing
Bashing groups is not allowed within our Community. We ask that you are respectful to all groups as they could become future affiliates of the Coast Community. We also ask that you keep any bashing of users outside of Coast for drama reasons. We don’t want any uprise of drama due to an exposure document, screenshots, or further information.

Trainings

At Coast, we have seven training times a day (see below) that Trainee-Security can attend. These training sessions will test you to see if you can fit the position of the next LR rank you need. Our training times we have listed below for you in common time zones within our community.

If you are looking for an announcement about training you can join our communications server and navigate to the sessions channel. Other information regarding our sessions can be found in the game’s description.

There are also a few guidelines that you should keep in mind when attending these training sessions. If you have any questions regarding this then please contact a member of the Employment Department.

  • Training should only be hosted by General Manager+ ranks within the Coast group. If someone has managed to host a training and is below that rank please inform Corporate right away.
  • As a Low Rank you should arrive at our training center 10 minutes before the session begins. Other ranks have different times, however, the training will remain locked.
  • If you are to pass the training session you should not leave before being kicked. Once you have been ranked, your trainer will kick you from the session.
  • You should expect the main assembly to take 5-10 minutes to have. Then you should expect the training time to take around 20-30 minutes depending on the number of trainees.
  • You should stay the whole time the training is going on. We will give everyone a 5-minute limit of being AFK. If you have to go AFK inform your trainer, assistant, or another staff member during the training.
Affiliate Information

Requirements
Among the Coast community, the standards for Coast Affiliates are considered to be the highest. We have a ton of great community engagement ideas that can assist increase the overall activity of your group. The following requirements will be enforced at all times for all of our groups. Before continuing with the affiliate application, we strongly advise you to read them.

  • Your group must maintain at least half of the current group members in Coast. If you are unable to meet this requirement exceptions will only be made if we see that your group is growing at a fast pace.
  • The group must have a Discord server that is fully set up. It must be growing with the group and must have a good amount of the group members in it.
  • Your group must be well organized, professional, and have mature staff members. There should be no major issues or drama which could affect how the group looks.
  • Your group must be willing to announce any of our events or applications like we will be willing to announce for you. This shouldn’t be an issue as we won’t require much to be announced and you shouldn’t require too much either.
  • You must be able to send at least 2 representatives to join our group and Discord server.

Application
If you meet all of our requirements for a group you can continue to fill out the following application. We recommend that you answer all of these questions on a Google Document to allow you to formulate your answers in the best possible way. You can send your document link to any member of the Relations Department. Allow our team up to 48 hours before getting back to you. If you have any inquiries about our affiliates, the requirements, application, etc contact an individual on the Relations Team and they will assist you. Best of luck with your application!

Assistant Manager+ staff members who have resigned and shown true dedication to the Coast Community. Regarded by the Employment Department of Coast Bank.

Community Partner
Representatives of our affiliates who work together with Coast Bank to further the growth of the amazing community. Highly respected members and honored to receive the best service possible.

Trainee
Applied in our application center and is now on their way in the Coast Community. Attend training to rank up to the next rank and start working!

Desk Staff
Trained within the training center. Duties to work effortlessly on booking appointments for members who need to meet with an account manager.

Account Manager
Trained with the ability to work with clients on their accounts. Creating new accounts for our newcomers and dealing with appointments.

Financial Advisor
Working diligently to provide the best financial support for users. Managing money upon request making deposits and withdrawals to fulfill the needs of clients.

Bank Teller
Ties everything together from past training and can help manage clients’ money and book their appointments.

Security
Highly trained officers for the Coast Facility. Protecting against bank robbers and security threats to the bank. Working effortlessly with our GUI and system to protect clients and employees.

Floor Director
Able to do all the things needed like security, account management, etc. Highest Low Rank and able to join the internship program to rank up further.

Intern
Passed the internship applications and on the road to a management position within Coast Bank. In the run to pass all the sections and become successful in their career here at Coast Bank.

Crew Trainer
Successfully went through our internship here at Coast Bank and are not an official management member. Able to train new staff members into becoming the next rank hence the name Crew Trainer. True dedication and ability to manage the game should be shown to continue to be promoted.

Bank Supervisor
Supervisor of all bank operations from the management level. Over the employees and more focused on the activity and well-being of the game as a whole. Dedication was shown and activity should continue to be shown. Able to train staff members still with a better knowledge of how Coast Bank works internally.

Assistant Manager
On the way to becoming a High Rank here at Coast Bank. Showed true dedication and approval from the other High Ranks to become a leader of sessions. Able to Co-Host sessions and assist the host with the needs of the session leadership.

General Manager
Showed true respect and activity for the Coast Community and the group as a whole. Selected by the Employment Department to help lead our training sessions. Ability to Host sessions and take leadership within the game as a General Manager. Tested with challenging situations, but made it through to show their leadership already as a management member.

Operations Coordinator
Highest management member of Coast Bank and on the track to becoming a Corporate Member. Showed dedication, pressure management, and activity to receive this honorable spot at Coast Bank. Within the next few months, these users will continue to work hard to achieve the common goal of the Corporate Team.

Corporate Intern
Excellent service from them as they have spent a good amount of time on the Coast Team. They know the ropes and are dedicated to continuing their career here at Coast. This person is a member of the Relations or Employment Department and is working effortlessly to get higher within their department.

Junior Corporate
Dedication to their department of choice and has begun to move up in the internal department ranks. Our leadership team has recognized this person as a great employee and has decided Junior Corporate is meant for them. One step closer to Senior Corporate and two steps closer to leadership.

Senior Corporate
The uppermost (non-leadership) department member. Working alongside the Lead and Co-Lead to deliver smooth department operations publicly and behind the scenes. They have been noted by the leadership team and have been moved one step further to joining the leadership team. Months to years of dedication to receive this position and a high honor.

Head Corporate
This user has been seen by multiple members of the current leadership team and has been invited to join the leadership as a Co-Lead for their department. This rank is exclusive to 2-4 people as they are Co-Leading alongside a Vice President. They have worked effortlessly to deliver amazing results for the Coast Community and have been known well by the leadership members.

Architect
A full-time developer here at Coast Bank making monthly contributions to the group.

Vice President
The department lead for the Employment or Relations Department. Closely working with the department’s overseer and with the president to deliver the best products and services offered to the Roblox Platform.

Executive Vice President
The department overseer for all departments as a whole and the creative director of Coast Bank. Operations manager and someone who’s worked alongside the President for months to years on end.

President
The director of all operations, and founder of Coast Bank NotClxyton.

Low-Rank Policy

Guidelines
As a low rank here you are to be serving the clients of Coast with any of their needs. No matter if you are to be working with them behind the scenes or on the front lines, you should follow the guidelines that we list below. Failure to follow any of the guidelines below will result in different actions being taken against you.

  1. Trolling - Trolling as a staff member here at Coast will not be tolerated. From Trainee to Floor Director you should refrain from trolling or causing issues with current trollers. You should take action on those who are trolling or contact in-game management.
  2. Respect - You should treat all people with respect no matter their differences here at Coast. Our affiliates should be treated with the utmost respect. We honor everyone who works with us and we ask that you do the same as well.
  3. Professionalism - Professionalism is required as an LR here at Coast. You may encounter members of the management team, executives, and other affiliates. Failure to remain professional will result in a punishment depending on the severity of the issue.
  4. Grammar - Within Coast, we require grammar in your greetings but otherwise we do not strictly regulate it. However, grammar can help show us that you will be better as an MR with professionalism, just something to keep in mind.
  5. Hinting - Hinting will not be tolerated within Coast. Hinting is when someone is hinting to HR about getting a promotion and that simply isn’t needed. Promotions are determined through recommendations from our MR/HR staff.

That should sum up the guidelines and policies that we wish you should follow. As said above and throughout the guidelines, failure to follow these guidelines will result in a rank removal and possibly a blacklist from our games.

Internship
As the Floor Director you can apply to join the internship program ran monthly here at Coast Bank. You will take an application with a few questions and then go through a few days of content, mentoring, and an exam. This will prepare you for the ability to be a management member.

Throughout the program, you will be tested on your abilities as a middle rank. You will have to prove that you deserve the rank on our middle-rank team as it is very special to us. We will be unable to fully disclose all the information about this for confidentiality, however, we wish you all the best of luck when joining this program.

Punishments and Appeals

Ingame Punishments

Green Offense
Green offenses are minor offenses that will end in a simple kick. More than one kick and they will become an orange offense. You can read below what the green offenses are.

  • Trolling
  • Disturbances
  • Excessive Capitals

Orange Offense
Orange offenses are middle offenses that will end in a ban from the game. More than one ban will result in a pban and possibly a blacklist from the game. You can read below what the orange offenses are.

  • Glitching
  • Inappropriateness
  • Advertising
  • Harassment

Red Offenses
Red offenses are major offenses that will end in a pban from the game and/or a blacklist. A user cannot receive more than one pbans so that shouldn’t be an issue.

  • Exploiting
  • ALT Accounts
  • Hate Speech
  • Slurs, Cursing, Bypassing
  • Raiding
  • Threats

Communications Server

Green Offense
Green offenses are minor offenses that will end in a simple kick. More than one kick and they will become an orange offense. You can read below what the green offenses are.

Red Offense
Red offenses are major offenses that will end in a ban from the communications server. You can read below what the orange offenses are.

Appeal Summary
The link for appeals will be found in our communications server. From there within up to a few weeks you will be unpbanned from our server. Please note that this is only for communications server bans and pbans. Other actions are not appealable and you will need to wait until the action expires.
