I think it is perfect, you should turn this into a game like Jailbreak, or Cop Roleplay. I think many would play with a quality that high.
The game will be Jailbreak style, but with a more beachy dynamic, different ways to hunt down criminals on the island, or just be a private case investigator

Looks good, the windows could use more details. Adding a greater variation in detail and color for the buildings could also improve it by huge amount.
