Below is the standard training guide specifically made for the group, Coconut Resorts - Roblox.

  • Passing or failing an individual for inappropriate reasons is prohibited.
  • Admin usage and group ranking privileges must be used appropriately.
  • All staff members must remain professional at all times.

Hosting Information

Command Bar
The command bar hides commands from the chat. To use it, press ’ on your keyboard. Then, type in the command without the prefix (kick user instead of :kick user) This does not apply to mobile users.

Ranking
To rank a member, simply open up the group page, locate the three dots on the top right, click “Configure Group” and go to the “Members” tab. Search their exact username and select the drop down tab to rank them to the corresponding rank.

Hosts → Corporate Assistant+
Co-Hosts → Corporate Assistant+
Trainer → Supervisor+
Supervisor → Assistant Supervisor+
Mentor → Vice President+

Assigning Roles
Assign all trainees to a group (:team user Group A/B). Team all staff to their corresponding role (:team user Host/Co-Host/Trainer/Helper).

Other

  • Using someone’s full username in a command is not required. For example, instead of :kick Iushnat you may just type the first 4-5 letters of their username → :kick Iush
  • If a trainee or staff member is trolling, being unprofessional, or displaying signs of misconduct, please report it to an SHR.

Points
Assign points when prompted by using the name command (:name user Points: #)

Grammar Strikes
Add a warning for each major grammar mistake a trainee makes (:warn user Grammar). Minor mistakes are tolerated.

Misconduct
If your trainee is trolling, bypassing, spamming (etc) report it immediately to your session host.

My co-trainer will now go over crucial information, please listen attentively.

If you are having difficulty with your task do not hesitate to ask for assistance from your trainer. They are here to help you and asking for aid is not looked down on.

In the event you do fail, do not troll or argue as it will only look bad on yourself and ruin future chances of obtaining a rank.

If you pass, you are expected to follow all staff rules and regulations.

Trainer

Barista

This section is the Barista Test. Here, we will be teaching you how to give customers their orders.

We expect you to politely greet all customers. A greeting can look like “Hello, welcome to Coconut Resorts! What can I get you?”

After receiving their order, find the correct item on the counter. You can obtain it simply by clicking it once.

Co-Trainer
Equip the tool and on the left side of your screen you will find a Hand-To GUI. Type their username in “Customer Name Here.”

Their full username is not required, just the first few letters. For example, instead of typing Iushnat you could type Iush.

After typing their username, click “Give.”

Notify the customer that their order has been sent by saying something along the lines, “Gave! Enjoy your day.”

Trainer
Are there any questions at this point? An answer from everyone is required to proceed.

This concludes our instructions. Once a staff member walks up to you, please state your greeting and treat them as a guest.

Helpers should walk up to a station. Wait for their greeting, and ensure it includes grammar.

Helper
I would like to order a [BLANK] and [DRINK], please.

If their order is correct move on. If not, assist them (they may retry once).*

Helper
Great work! Please wait for the trainer to continue.

Amazing! We will now proceed to the next section, please follow me!

Head to the Receptionist station

Reception

Trainer
This section is the Reception Test. Here, we will be teaching you how to give customers their rooms.

Firstly, you must welcome the customer with a proper greeting.

A greeting may look like “Welcome to Coconut Resorts! I am (NAME), what can I do for you?”

Co-Trainer
Then, click the computer screen. A tutorial will pop up, however I will also be explaining the process.

To check a customer in, click the button to the left of the GUI labelled “Check In”. There will be a section to type their username.

Note that you must type their full username.

Select the “Standard Suite” option for room type. The gamepass “Beach House” may be acquired in the real game.

The customers will then have a GUI pop up on their screen confirming the check-in.

Trainer
Once the transaction is complete you may wish them a farewell, something along the lines of “Enjoy your stay!”

The next part of our role-play will teach you how to check customers out. Click the screen once and the GUI will pop up.

Select the option to the right, it should be labelled “Check Out.” Insert the customer’s full username in the section provided.

The customer may confirm their check-out. If they select “Yes” your GUI will state “User has been checked-out.”

You may wish them a farewell by stating something along the lines of, “I hope you enjoyed your stay, come again!”

Are there any questions regarding checking in/out? An answer from everyone is required to proceed.

This concludes the Receptionist instructions. Please greet me when you are ready to begin our role-play.

Helpers should approach the trainees and wait for their greeting, then initiate the role-play.

May I check in to a room, please?

If done correctly, move on to check-out. If there are issues, assist your trainee.

Splendid work! We will now be moving on to the next section of today’s training; trolling.

Trolling

Trainer
The final test you will endure is the Trolling test. This is to ensure you know how to deal with hostile players.

There are three categories of hostile players that we will go over today. The first, least-hostile customers are “Trollers.”

Trollers purposely try to be offensive or annoying in hopes of receiving a negative response/instigating drama.

For example, they might say something along the lines of “Ugly,” “Stupid” or “This is a terrible game.”

In which case you may warn them for being rude.

Another example is if they insist for something that is not on the menu. For instance, “I demand a rat soup.”

In this case you are to warn them for trolling.

A warning should look like “W# - user - reason.”

For example, “WI - nnxtmeg - trolling.”

Remember that Caps Abuse is NOT a valid warning.

Trollers should receive a total of III warnings before action is taken. After their third warning they will be kicked from the server.

To do so, you must locate either an MR or HR.

If there are none in the game you may ping them in the communications server or post on the group wall.

Co-Trainer
Our next category is By-passers/Spammers.

By-passers try to bypass the chat filter in a way where they can say inappropriate messages without getting tagged.

Spammers consistently relay a word, phrase, or symbol through copy-paste to advertise or stimulate a negative response.

Both by-passers and spammers do not receive any warnings. Locate an HR, either in the communications server or on the group wall.

They will immediately be server banned. Server banned means they will not be able to rejoin that server.

Trainer
Our last and most hostile group is Exploiters.

Exploiters use scripts to cause havoc in the game. Evidence of an exploiter is if someone is flying or flinging others.

In this case, you are to immediately locate an HR+.

For role-play/training purposes, trainers will NOT actually bypass or exploit. Instead, they will say bypasses or exploits.

A staff member will now approach you. Please greet them once you are ready, and treat them as if they were a customer.

When you feel an admin should be contacted, please state "-Calls Admin-'.

Helpers should approach a station and begin trolling.

Be sure trainees use the proper warning format and that they locate an admin after three warnings.

+1 point for correct procedure.

Helper
Great job! I will now begin a new situation.

Approach a trainee’s station and spam a message, or state “Exploits” or “Bypasses”. Be sure the trainee responds to the situation correctly.

+1 point for correct response.

Trainer

Astounding! The training session has now concluded.
