The following rules and guidelines are to be enforced by the Ethics Committee and the Internal Security Department. All personnel are expected to follow these guidelines.

On Site Regulations - §1

  1. Non-combative Foundational Personnel (level - 0+) are to never enter the CDCZ.

  2. Non-combative Foundational Personnel (level - 0+) are to never enter SCP Containment Chambers

  3. All Foundational Personnel (level - 0+) are to abide by the following dress code at all times:
    3.1: All Personnel are to wear a realistic skin tone, however jet black is allowed.
    3.2: No Personnel may wear a package whilst on a departmental or Foundational team
    3.3: No Personnel may wear any hats or other accessories that may be considered unprofessional.
    3.4: No Personnel may wear any clothing with intention to impersonate departmental staff.

  4. No personnel may directly or indirectly aid Class - D to breach and or escape the facility.

Protocols and Procedures - §1.1

Site Codes:
  • Code Green - Site is clear, resume normal duties
  • Code Yellow - Class D have escaped and a breach is imminent
  • Code Red - A breach has occurred
  • Code Blue - A raid is occurring
  • Code Orange - A Class D riot is occurring
  • Code Black - 4+ Keter Class SCPs are breached. Protocol: UD is imminent
Protocols:
  • Protocol: UD - The site will be wiped. Report to Blast Shelter.
  • During a Code Yellow, prepare to move towards an Emergency Shelter.
  • During a Code Red, report to Emergency Shelter.
  • During a Code Orange, shelter in place.
  • During a Code Blue, report to Emergency Shelter
  • During a code black, report to Emergency Shelter and prepare for Protocol: UD

Combative Regulations - §2

  1. All Combative Personnel are to follow the Oath of Silence:
    1.1 - Never speak outside of team chat or whisper, unless speaking to [REDACTED] or briefing Class - D
    1.2 - Never speak to Class - D personnel unless briefing

  2. A maximum of five (5) combative personnel are allowed to guard the CDCZ at one time.
    2.2 - SD have priority guarding over MTF, ISD, and RAISA
    2.3 - MTF, ISD, and RAISA may guard the CDCZ if there are less than 5 SD actively guarding

  3. No combative personnel may go AFK outside of their respective departmental spawn.

  4. Combative personnel are to never fire apon Foundational Personnel (Level 0+)

  5. Combative personnel are to only fire apon Class D if they fail to comply with a Scientific or Medical test, they cross they cross the line in the CDCZ, or they attempt to stack within the CDCZ.

  6. When briefing for a test, the following respective briefings should be used:
    6.1 - Standard Scientific Test: Attention Class Disposable, you are now partaking in a Scientific Test. You are to comply with all Foundational Personnel’s orders. Failure to do so will result in termination. You will be allowed 3 warnings before you are terminated.
    6.2 - Medical Evaluation: Attention Class Disposable, you are now partaking in a Medical Evaluation. You are to comply with all Foundational Personnel’s orders. Failure to do so will result in termination. You will be allowed 3 warnings before you are terminated.
    6.3 - [REDACTED]: Attention Class Disposable, you are about to enter an area that is considered [CLASSIFIED]. You are not to attempt to breach, you are not to attempt to escape. You will not take pictures or video. Doing so will result in terminated and a blacklist from the Foundation, as well as a blacklist from further [CLASSIFIED] tests.


Civil Regulations - §3

  1. Civil Departments are to never fire upon Class - D unless acting in Self Defense (Class - D fired upon, or threatened personnel first)

  2. Civil Departments are to stay out of the way of [REDACTED], MTF, and SD personnel.

  3. Civil Departments, such as DEA and EC may interview Foundational Personnel.

  4. Research Departments, such as ScD and MD may not test upon Foundational Personnel. Testing must be done on Class - D.
    4.1 - MD may conduct checkups and psych evaluations on Foundation Personnel.

  5. Civil Personnel are to never enter the Medium Containment Unit without proper reason.


Class D Regulations - §4

  1. Class - D may not stack on top of each other.
  2. Class - D may not cross the line in the CDCZ.
  3. Class - D may not riot during a test or medical exam.
  4. Class - D may not attempt to tease Combative Personnel by getting close to crossing, jumping almost over, or dancing over the line in the CDCZ.
  5. Class - D may not leave and rejoin in order to evade Solitary Confinement.
  6. Class - D may only be in solitary for up to 10 minutes at a time.

Clearance Levels & Ranks - §5

1. Class - Disposable | Given to new members and guests

2. Class - Expandable | Given as a punishment to Foundation Personnel

3. Class - A | Given to important personnel, such as retired O5 Council members and Allied Leaders

4. Level - 0 | Obtainable via application. The first step towards joining the Foundation.

5. Level - 1 | Obtainable via application. Level - 1 may join limited departments.

6. Level - 2 | Obtainable via application. Level - 2 may join limited departments.

7. Level - 3 | Obtainable via application. Level - 1 may join all departments.

8. Level - 4 | Department High Ranks (MTF TFLs, ect…)

9. Level - 5 | Department High Ranks (Directors, Assistant Directors)

10. Site Director | HR, tasked with running on site events and managing Command Personnel

11. O5 Council | HR, tasked with overseeing departments.

11. Overseer Executive | HR, tasked with overseeing the O5 Council.

11. The Administrator | HR, tasked with overseeing the Foundation.

Department Clearances and Entry Process - §5.1

  • Ethics Committee – Level 2+, via application

  • Mobile Task Forces – Level 2+, via tryout or application
  • Security Department – Level 0+, via tryout or application
