m Hello, everybody. Welcome to the xPM interview session hosted by [username] and co-hosted by [username].
m We will now explain the rules of conduct whilst being an employee at Cofa’s coffee shop.
m [1] Staff members are required to use SPaG at all times whilst being in the premises of Cofa. This is to ensure all customers and guests understand what you’re saying.
m [2] Guests, staff members and everyone is required to be respectful in Cofa showing they are well behaved and can be trusted.
m [3] Exploiting, hacking or doing anything to the coffee shop or one of our centres is a permanent ban straight away.
m [4] Hinting means that you are not professional enough for a promotion, if you’re a barista and below you may attend a training session to receive a promotion but once you’re at the Senior Barista rank you can not train anymore and have to earn a promotion by a high rank (HR) in server.
m [5] In this interview session we have a three strikes and you are out system meaning if you have three (III) punctuation, spelling or grammar mistakes you will fail this session, fortunately you can have another try the next interview session.
m Those are all of the main guidelines in the server, you may now commence to being interviewed.
