Staff member information queries.
How do I become a staff member.
You can become a staff member at Cofa by attending an interview session hosted by a coordinator or a higher rank or send an application that will be reviewed by our HR team on our Discord server.
How do I become a junior barista.
You can become a junior barista by being interviewed and passing or passing an application that has been sent, after that you will need to attend one (1) training session and pass it.
How do I become a middle rank.
To become a MR team member you first of all need to be the senior barista rank were you are experienced and know all the rules and guidelines, then you will be asked by a HR team member some questions for you to answer and if you meet our criteria you will become an intern.
