Collaboration not showing up in Permissions tab

I have been trying to let my friend edit a game I made.
The only problem is that even when I turn team create on, it doesn’t allow me to add anyone or view the collaboration section in the permissions tab.

I have tried tutorials and troubleshooting myself (Uninstalling, re installing Roblox Studio and tinkering around)

I found out that this was moved to the top right of screen when clicking the blue “Collaborate” button.
