Collision with unions & meshes is not accurate at all

I later made it as mesh, still it was the same. The part size is 700x11.125x700

Can you send an image of the NegatedPart and the normal Parts you are unioning together?

I fixed it by making like 10 parts, that are smaller, and unioning them as i did before

Actually, all you need is a break in the part so it isn’t a full circle, or in this case, a square. If that looked just as it is but was really cut in half across that gap, it would set the collision right. Also, there are a few options for how the mesh collision reacts. A lot of the time, you can fix collision problems like this by setting this option to PerciseConvexDecompostion or Hull.
