CollisionGroup Selection bug

Discovered this bug when messing with collision groups…

If you try selecting a part and said parts collision group cannot collide with the default collision group (0) then you can’t select it (as if the part is locked)

  • Studio mouse cannot register parts that cannot collide with the default collision group

This bug happens every time in Studio, I have re-installed Studio, tried different places, tried with TeamCreate on & off

I only discovered this bug today but it may have been happening before today

To repro:

  • Create a part
  • Create another collision group, that cannot collide with Default collision group
  • Set created part collision group to the collision group you created
  • Try selecting the created part
