Regulations Handbook

Every Colombian Armed Forces member, is to abide by this document regardless of Rank or Status in divisions.

In-game conduct

  • While at LMB, group approved uniforms are required to be worn at all times. This includes but is not limited to, standards, formals, and division specific uniforms.

  • You are not to wear any facial or body accessories, this includes beards, sunglasses, and other distracting items, unless you’re Colonel or above.

  • While at LMB, you are to use realistic hats and hair at all times including realistic skin tones.

  • You must address everyone by their rank, or β€œSir” and β€œMa’am” depending on gender, or what they prefer.

  • You are to use grammar to the best of your ability, to ensure you can deliver your messages and commands as clearly as possible.

  • You are not to enter any facility or area which has posted signs saying Authorised Personnel only, these are protected most of the time and will result in death.

  • When the Chief or Deputy Chief of General Staff is being guarded you are to stay 10 studs away.

In-group rules and conduct

  • If you’re caught spying on CAF, in any form you will be automatically added to the group-wide ban list within the group as well as all allies at the time of your offence.

  • All members are to respect superiors’ decisions as well as their ranks, regardless of your previous social interaction with said superior, all hate is to be forgotten.

  • Do not contact Headquarters without following the Code of Command, unless you’ve contacted lower ranks already and they haven’t been able to help.

  • Failing to listen to a superior rank or someone with authority will be considered serious insubordination.

  • Using exploits to enhance your performance in combat is strictly disapproved of and bannable.

  • Any example of bullying, racism and any other descrimination is not tolerable. And will be dealt with aggressively, by the Minister of Defence directly.

  • Trolling is also not tolerable while on duty in any form and will be dealt with with a swift demotion.

Discord conduct and rules

  • Recruiting members from our server for other groups and unrelated causes will not be allowed and will result in a ban.

  • Please minimize any profanity in all related chats.

  • The act of using and sharing members personal information is strictly prohibited and will result in a perm ban from both discord and the group entirely.

  1. Any touchy subjects that we deem harmful to others are prohibited to be spoken about. We want our community to be happy, healthy and safe.

  • Trolling and spamming will result in a kick, but may be elevated to a ban or even perm ban depending on the severity of the situation.

  • Sending harmful links and pictures that contain viruses and IP grabbers will result in perm ban.

  • Anything not related to the Colombian Armed Forces is accepted but it must be appropriate.

  • Content unsuited for individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited to be spoken about or posted in any of our chats.

  • Any form of hate speech, bullying or harassment is strictly not tolerated, and will result in a swift server ban including a report to discord support.

  • Playing loud music or screaming into your microphone will result in a server mute and possible discord ban.

  • Failure to listen to a superior’s orders will result in punishment within the main group, through demotion or removal from a division.

  • Disrespecting superiors and other members will gain you a warning. Reach 6 warnings and you’ll be banned.

  • Instigating arguments, or continuing arguments will also result in being issued a warning.

  • Failure to use chats and voicerooms for their intended purpose will result in removal of your ability to use the channel or a warning.
