Combining Meshes With Different Textures Into One

Hello all. I have a character model comprised of multiple MeshParts with different textures.

I would like to combine each component into one mesh with each texture applied in the same way. I’ve scrolled a fair way through the Dev Forums looking for solutions, just to turn up nothing.

I have tried exporting my model as an object into an empty folder, and importing the object back into Studio, to no avail. I have tried using Blender and following tutorials to UV unwrap and bake the textures to no avail.

If someone could give me a concise tutorial on what to do here, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You can’t do that, you have to retexture it in blender using one mesh and not multiple meshes.

I know this already. I’m looking for how to go about doing that.

UV unwrap the entire rig onto one UV map, and bake the texture onto that. You could also create a texture atlas, but that would be inefficient for your UV.

Check Blender-related forums for how best to go about that :slightly_smiling_face:

There are plenty of resources on Blender support forums and other Blender-related sites, which for Blender you should always check first before the dev forums since the people there have way more experience with the software :slightly_smiling_face:
