Command Bar blocks a portion of the screen in full-screen mode

When you use full screen mode on studio and Command Bar is visible, the Command Bar blocks a portion of the screen, as seen in the image below:

The bug started to happen recently, and it happens all the time.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go into any place.
  2. Make sure that the Command Bar is visible in Studio.
  3. Go into full screen mode.

This bug happens regardless of which game that you are editing in Studio.

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
OS Version: 10.0.18362 (Build 18362)
Studio Version: 0.397.0.329146 (64-bit)

You can just drag the command bar out of your way, or exit full-screen mode.
