If you want to get better render results then use c4d (paid) but another one is blender (free).
Iā€™ve used both and the results of them are amazing. If you get blender or c4d I recommend searching for some tutorials on YouTube.

I have one problem, the anti-aliasing (canā€™t spell) it seems to be very low but I believe that is because you used paint 3D. Other then that your graphic is very nice for a beginner.
