Commission shirt bought, didnt recieve my pending robux, and it doesnt show up on my sales of good

Hello, recently I have gotten a pay for a commission i did that was worth 30k, the shirt in question costed 43k

The dude did buy it, it shows on the sales of the shirt, but I can’t find it on my transactions tab. Please help me

The pending robux isnt there either. Idk whats going on

I have made a support ticket for this issue. And I will keep you guys updated.
