Hello! I am kyiovia, also known as Gabe, and I am a male from Canada. I began my journey with graphics design in early 2019; ever since I’ve been obsessed with new ways to make graphics and new styles. | Payment Policy
As of now, Gabe’s Designs only accepts ROBUX (t-shirt or group funds) or CAD (through paypal). USD, GBP, EUR, and any other currencies are not accepted, however, you are able to convert your money into CAD through paypal if you wish to do so. Payment may be initial or after the completion of the graphics depending on the order.
| Cancelation Policy
If you have put in and finalized your order, you are not able to cancel your order. Please note that you will not be refunded if you choose to cancel the order on your end. If the order is compromised or canceled on our corporation’s end (designer quits, ETC.), you will be able to choose a new designer or receive a 70% refund. We do not do full refunds due to the marketplace fee, however, if authorized by an executive, you may be eligible for a full refund based on the circumstances.
| Alteration Policy
We will do most alterations if the selected graphics are in the process of being complete or have not been started on yet, however, we will not do alterations for already complete orders under any circumstances, unless discussed with an executive.
| Free/Discounted Graphics Policy
If you recieve or win a free graphic through a raffle, giveaway, incentive, or as a voucher, the designer you choose has the right to decline your requested graphic under any circumstances. Scene renders are not available as a free graphic. You are not allowed to request a free graphic and use a discount within the same ticket (unless authorized by an executive or you are an employee or allied representative).
