So I am uploading models in order to use their thumbnail images for GUIs in my game. In the developer tab, I can see the thumbnails, except they have got a black background. But, when I click on the model, the actual thumbnail is just a completely transparent image. I’ve done this in the past for other projects and it has worked fine.
I don’t think its due to moderation, because usually it shows up almost immediately. If anyone else has had this issue or knows what’s up, let me know! Thanks.
Idk what the issue is but if you copy the camera in the model (after getting a good angle of the model)
and name it thumbnail camera it should make sure everything is working
