"Compromised Items" Taken Away, Now Account Taken Away

Hello! My name is roniiie and I was recently removed over 380k in value for apparently taking items from a compromised account. This is nonsense on how I can loose years of hard working for my items

Which limiteds did you lose? Did you trade for them or did you purchase them? I checked your inventory history on Rolimons, and the latest owner of your displayed items either had their account deleted or has a private inventory. Make sure to contact Roblox Support using their form.

The only thing you can do is contact support. Nobody cares here except dev relations.

Classic Fedora + Beast Mode + Tentacles Junior because they were from a “compromised” account

I noticed that different throwaway accounts have been in possession of Tentacles Junior prior to when you traded for it, as shown on its UAID page.

If I am correct, you traded DulledHex to receive all three items, so somehow the limiteds you were given all happened to come from different compromised accounts; at least that what the Rolimon’s website says. If you believe that your items were falsely taken away, contact Roblox support and make sure to provide the support agent all the evidence that you have, and possibly ask them which compromised accounts used to own the item.

Your limiteds were taken but your account wasn’t terminated? Was there a warning message you got explaining it further?

Assuming you traded for the items, did you get your original items back, or are you left with nothing?

Yeah my limiteds but I wasn’t terminated. I traded with a supposively comp’ed account and I left with nothing. I’ve emailed roblox but they bringing up a ban I got the same day for an audio and forwarded me to the ban/appeal team

I would continuously email them if they redirect you. Show them that screenshot, any other proof you got, etc. I find that support is sometimes robotic but if you continuously repeat yourself they will eventually send you to someone who knows something.

In my experience I was pretty much told “there’s nothing we can do” but I just kept repeating myself, the unfairness of it, and magically I was sent support that could do something (and a support member that didn’t send automated responses). Not related to limiteds being taken but it’s somewhat close.

Unsure how well this will work in your situation, but it’s worth a try for any compensation.

I think roblox now took my account because I got an email from my authenticator getting removed, this is total nonsense on how I email Roblox that I lost my limiteds that I bought with robux from my game now they take away my account?

It’s crazy because I have purchased premium and done DevEx, isn’t that already enough “verification”

Show them your billing info for premium.

“This account will make a fine addition to my collection.”

With all seriousness, I agree with what maddjames28 said. Roblox should not keep charging you for Premium if you are unable to access your account, and you should be given the option to cancel your subscription.

Seems like they dont care, and Tipalti connection should be more than enough because to have an account you gotta verify all your info and I had multiple payouts go through

I had 6 digit robux too for it to be yoinked out of the blue like that, whole time I was just trying to get my limiteds back.
