Configuring Phone/Tablet Access Not Working

We have just added mobile support to our game. When trying to enable phone / tablet access through “Configure Place” I have selected “Phone” and “Tablet” and Save. I can then briefly access the game on my tablet, however a short time later the settings have been reverted and the game page goes back to displaying “This game is not available on your platform…”.

I’ve now tried re-enabling several times and this continues to happen.

Have you had multiple people try to join on a mobile platform or just yourself?

Multiple people.

Only thing I can think of for the issue is that something is obviously contradicting the change and reverting it, I’d suggest double checking what you’ve done in order to initally add mobile support.

Is there a known set of guidelines to follow for mobile support to be enabled? Features / APIs that are explicitly disallowed? It would be extremely tedious if I have to step through the entire game trying to debug why these settings continually get reverted.

Interestingly, when I enabled “Phone” first, then saved, then tested on phone, it worked and the settings persisted. A bit later I went back in and enabled “Tablet” and now both of those settings have remained enabled.

So it looks like enabling one at a time did the trick…odd.
