I think this button should ask to confirm whether or not you want to shut your whole game down or not.
It’s not a very fun button to click by accident.

Oh my gosh, I’m always super paranoid about pressing that button accidentally. 
Does this still shut down all active servers when pressed? 
Yes. All servers, including VIP and reserved, are instantly shutdown when the place is deactivated.
And you have to renew your VIP server after.
