Confirmation label upon clicking external links are not in the middle

This problem emerges on DevHub every time an external link is clicked. The label doesn’t align in the center of the screen, leading people glancing at the DevHub to feel tensed. It’s not in the accurate position vertically and horizontally.

Reproduction Steps

• Click an external link, which is not a subdomain of Roblox, and inspect the label

Frequency: Always
Impact: Low

Occurs on Developer Hub.
