Watch the video, I don’t know enough about hinges to explain what is happening, as you can see the one that rotates the turret horizontally works but the one to do it vertically does not

it looks like it maybe welded with one of those welds… its hard to tell from the video since there could be a few things causing it
Are you saying the 2 parts being welded could be the issue?
yes if there is a weld from that part that needs to move to another it will hold it in place to whatever part it is welded to
the hinge is what should align it with or hold it to the other part no weld needed where hinges are used if you want them to move
neverminded that was welded too i fixed it
